CALXPRO
CALXPRO contains Calcitriol 0.25mcg. CALXPRO (systemic calcitriol) is indicated to control hypocalcaemia in patients on chronic renal dialysis and secondary hyperparathyroidism in those with chronic kidney disease not yet on dialysis.

Mode of Action :
Calcitriol(CALXPRO) is the active form of vitamin D, regulates calcium and phosphate levels by binding to vitamin D receptors (VDRs) in target tissues, primarily the intestines, kidneys, and bones, ultimately increasing calcium absorption, reabsorption, and release, respectively.
Indication :
CALXPRO indicated to treat
1. Hypocalcemia in patients on chronic renal dialysis.
2. Secondary hyperparathyroidism in those with chronic kidney disease not yet on dialysis.
3. Hypocalcemia in patients with hypoparathyroidism and pseudohypoparathyroidism.
