NITRODEL

Overview :

NITRODEL contains Alpha-keto analogues and Essential Amino Acid tablets, beneficial in treatment of uraemia as they provide adequate amino acid while reducing the total nitrogen load; these analogues are converted to amino-acids through transamination by taking amino group from nonessential amino acids and thereby reducing cellular ammonia level. Nitrodel tablets help in delaying the progression Chronic Kidney Disease.  

Mode of Action :

Alpha Ketoanalogue (NITRODEL) operate by undergoing a process called transamination by taking nitrogen from some non-essential amino acids. This process decreases the formation of urea and prevents the accumulation of uremic toxins, thus improving kidney health.  

Indication :

NITRODEL is indicated to improve kidney health in patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease
